Recipe - Savory Grits

4 cup Water
1 cup Quickcooking grits,
uncooked
One half cup Minced green onions
One fourth teaspoon Salt
1 ds Ground red pepper
Bring water to a boil in a medium saucepan; stir in grits and remaining
ingredients. Reduce heat, and simmer, uncovered, 7 minutes or until
thickened, stirring frequently. Yield: 4 servings (serving size: 1 cup).
