Recipe - Savory Baked Fish

Ingredients:

SAVORY CRUNCH
1 cup Bisquick® baking mix
1 cup Wheat germ
1 cup Parmesan cheese; grated
One fourth teaspoon Garlic powder
One half cup Butter or margarine; firm

FISH
1 lg Onion; thinly cut or sliced up &
Separated into rings
One fourth cup Butter or margarine; melted
12 ounce Individually frozen cod
fillets
1 tablespoon Lemon juice

Heat oven to 400F degrees.

Savory Crunch: Mix Bisquick, wheat germ, Parmesan cheese and garlic powder.
Cut in firm butter thoroughly. Spread in ungreased rectangular pan, 13 X 9
X 2". Bake uncovered until golden brown, 1820 minutes. Stir with fork to
crumble; cool. Store in tightly covered container in refrigerator. Makes
about 3 One half cups crunch.

Fish: Arrange onion rings in ungreased 8" square baking dish; drizzle with
melted butter. Arrange fish on onions; drizzle with lemon juice. Sprinkle 1
CUP Savory Crunch evenly over fish. Bake uncovered, at 400F degrees, until
fish flakes easily with fork, about 30 minutes.
