Ingredients:
Sauteed Spinach And Red Peppers recipe makes 4 Servings
1 tablespoon Olive oil
1 teaspoon Olive oil
2 md Red bell peppers
2 Garlic cloves, cut or sliced up
1 pn Crushed red pepper flakes
8 cup Steamed rinsed spinach
One fourth teaspoon Salt
* Seed bell peppers and cut into strips. ** Do not dry spinach.
1. In large skillet, heat oil. Add bell pepers, garlic, and pepper
flakes. Cook stirring frequently for 34 minutes.
2. Add spinach, with water still clinging to the leaves to the skillet.
Sprinkle with salt. Increase heat to mediumhigh and cook, stirring
occasionally, 3 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
Each half cup serving provides: One half FA and 2V.
