Recipe - Sauteed Scallops Wfeta

One half lg Onion
1 One half Green peppers
2 ounce Butter
16 ounce Lg sea scallops
2 Jalepeno peppers, cut or sliced up
One half cup Mozzarella
One half cup Feta cheese
One half cup White wine
1 pn Garlic
Salt
Chili powder
Saute onion, bell peppers, jalepenos and sea scallops in butter until soft.
Add One half cup of white wine and steam. Cover for 45 seconds. Sprinkle with
mozzarella and feta. Add pinches of garlic, salt and chili powder and let
simmer until cheeses melt. Serve over rice. Serves 2. Source: The Flying
