Recipe - Sauteed Flounder

1 tablespoon Plus 1 tsp. unsalted butter
1 cup White wine
1 teaspoon Dill weed
2 Cloves garlic; minced
One half cup Mushrooms; chopped
1 One half pound Flounder fillets
One fourth cup Parsley; chopped
One half Lemon; cut in wedges
Prep: 5 min, Cook: 5 min.
Combine first 5 ingredients in a heavy nonstick skillet over medium heat.
Add fish and simmer 45 minutes, or until fish flakes when tested with a
fork. Transfer to a warm platter. Sprinkle with parsley and serve with
lemon wedges.
