Recipe - Sauteed Carrots With Almonds

2 One half tablespoon Margarine
2 pound Carrots, cut or sliced up
One fourth cup Apple juice
1 tablespoon Lemon juice
2 tablespoon Chives
One half cup Almonds, cut or sliced up
Salt
Heat margarine in a large skillet. Add carrots & saute over moderate heat,
stirring frequently, until tendercrisp & beginning to turn golden, about
10 to 15 minutes. Add apple juice & saute, stirring until it is all
absorbed. Stir in the remaining ingredients, then transfer to a serving
container.
