Ingredients:
Sauteed Bamboo recipe makes 4 Servings
2 tablespoon Butter
3 cup Bamboo; parboiled, cut or sliced up
1 teaspoon Salt
Pepper; to taste
Heat the fat in a frying pan, add the bamboo, saute for about 5 minutes unt
slightly brown, and stir occasionally . Add the seasoning and serve on hot
cooked rice with acheese sauce.
