Recipe - Saute Florentine

3 ounce Sunflower flour
2 teaspoon Onions; minced
1/3 teaspoon Thyme
1/3 teaspoon Oregano
One half teaspoon Salt
One half teaspoon Soy sauce
2 tablespoon Sunflower oil
3 ounce Spinach; coarsely chopped
3 ounce Artichoke hearts, marinated;
chopped into bitesize
pieces
3 ounce Celery; chopped into bite
size pieces
3 ounce Brown rice; cooked
Combine flour with onion, thyme, oregano, salt, soy sauce, and oil. Mix
well. Saute flour mixture with vegetables and sunflower oil in skillet or
wok. Add rice and saute for 7 minutes.
