Recipe - Sausage And Rice Brunch Bake

1 pound Pork sausage
3 cup Hot cooked rice
2 cup (8oz) sharp cheddar cheese,
Shredded & divided
1 Can cream of mushroom soup
1 Can (4 oz) cut or sliced up mushrooms
Drained
One half cup Milk
3 Eggs, lightly beaten
2 teaspoon Creole mustard
One fourth teaspoon Onion powder
Cook sausage in medium skillet over mediumhigh heat until well done; stir
to crumble. Drain. Combine rice and 1 One half cups of the cheese in medium
bowl. Spread evenly in buttered 12x8 inch baking dish. Sprinkle sausage
over rice mixture. Combine remaining ingredients, except cheese, in small
bowl. Pour over sausage. Sprinkle remaining One half cup cheese overtop. Bake
at 350F 40 to 45 minutes or until set. Source: Favorite Recipes ch.
