Recipe - Sausage And Egg Casserole

1 pound Pork sausage; cooked and
drained
2 One fourth cup Milk
10 Eggs
1 One half teaspoon Dry mustard
One half teaspoon Salt
1 One half cup Cheddar cheese; shredded
5 sl Bread; torn into pieces
Mix milk, eggs, mustard and salt together in a large bowl. Add cooled
sausage, cheese and bread. Pour into an ungreased 13x9 baking dish. Let sit
in the refrigerator overnight. Bake @ 350 for 4550 minutes. Check to see
that center is firm, if not, bake a little longer.
