Recipe - Sausage Won Ton Mini-Muffins

1 pound Italian sausage links
1 One half cup Monterey jack cheese
Shredded
1 One half cup Red peppers minced
2 tablespoon Black olives cut or sliced up
1 cup Ranch salad dressing
Bottled
1 pack Wonton wrappers
* Use mild or a combination of mild and hot Italian sausage.
Brown sausage until very done and drain thoroughly. Combine with remaining
ingredients except won ton wrappers. Grease minimuffin tins and place won
ton wrappers inside, pressing with fingers to form the shape of muffin
cups. Brush wrappers lightly with oil, using sesame and vegetable oil
combined if desired. Bake wrappers in preheated 350degree oven for 5
minutes. Fill the muffin cups with sausage mixture and bake 56 minutes
longer until cheese is melted.
