Recipe - Sausage Stroganoff

1 pound Pork sausages
1 cup Onion, chopped
1 cup Mushrooms
1 cn Tomato paste
Three fourths cup Water
One half cup Wine
1 Salt, pepper, garlic & dill
1 cup Sour cream
1 tablespoon Flour
Cook sausage, onion and mushrooms. Stir in tomato paste, water, wine and
spices. Bring to boil. Reduce heat. Cover, simmer 10 minutes. Combine sour
cream and flour. Stir into meat mixture. Stir till thickened. Serve over
noodles.
