Recipe - Sausage Rollups

1 9inch frozen pie crust

One half pound Bulk hot pork sausage
Pop frozen pie crust out of foil pan and place upside down on a sheet of
waxed paper to thaw, about 10 minutes. Flatten thawed pie crust by gently
pressing down. Spread sausage evenly on top of the crust to One half inch from
edge. Begin at one end and roll up pie crust jellyroll style. Cut off
excess crust One half inch from each end. Slice roll into One half inch slices.
Arrange slices with cut edge flat on a cookie sheet. Bake at 350° F for 15
to 20 minutes, until crust is browned. Serve warm. Makes about 12 pinwheel
appetizers.
