Recipe - Sausage Pita Wedges

1 pack (16 oz) Eckrich Smoked
Sausage; 1/4inch diagonal
cut or sliced up
4 Pita breads; cut into 6
wedges each
4 ounce Shredded Swiss cheese
One fourth cup Plain yogurt
One fourth cup Mayonnaise
1 md Cucumber; grated
1 tablespoon Grated onion
Salt and pepper to taste
Place a sausage slice and shredded Swiss cheese in each pita wedge. Brush
pita wedge lightly with olive oil. Bake filled pita wedges in 350 degree
oven, uncovered for 58 mins. Combine yogurt, mayonnaise, cucumber and
onion. Serve warm wedges with yogurt dip.
Yield: 24 wedges
