Recipe - Sausage Meat Balls

1 pound Hot sausage
1 Egg; beaten
1/3 cup Bread crumbs
One half teaspoon Sage
One half cup Ketchup
One half cup Chili sauce
2 tablespoon Brown sugar
2 tablespoon Soy sauce
1 One half tablespoon Vinegar
Combine first 5 ingredients and roll into bitesized balls. Place on an
edged cookie sheet and bake at 425ø for 20 minutes. While sausage balls are
cooking, combine remaining ingredients in a saucepan. Add cooked sausage
balls to sauce and simmer over low heat for 30 minutes. These can be frozen
in sauce and served later or served immediately. Water may need to be added
to sauce if sauce is too thick.
