Recipe - Sausage Loaf

Ingredients:
Sausage Loaf recipe makes 6 Servings
1 Loaf French bread
1 pound Ground pork sausage
One half cup Onion, chopped
3 Stalks celery, chopped
2 Eggs
1/3 cup Milk
1 pound Velveeta cheese, grated
Slice loaf lengthwise with more on bottom. Scoop out all of the bread.
Crumble and combine with milk and eggs. Fry sausage, onions and celery;
drain. Mix bread and sausage together. Put mixture in bottom half of loaf.
Put cheese on top of meat mixture. Add top of loaf; brush with melted
butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes. Randy Rigg
