Recipe - Sausage Lasagne

1 pound Italian Sausage
1 md Onion, chopped
1 small Clove garlic, minced
1 cn (16 oz) of tomatoes, crushed
1 cn (6 oz) of tomato paste
1 teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Oregano leaves
1 pack (8 ounce) lasagna noodles
2 cup (8 oz) cut or sliced up monzzarella
cheese
1 One half cup Ricotta cheese or small curd
cottage cheese
One half cup Grated Parmesan cheese
Freshly ground pepper
Brown sausage in pan for 10 minutes perside. Drain excess oil; add onion,
garlic and saute for 1 to 2 minutes. add tomatoes, tomatoe psate and
seasonings. Cook, uncovered, for an additional 20 minutes. Cook noodles
according to package directions; drain well. Combine cheeses and pepper.
Remove sausage from pan and slice very thin. Pour a little sauce in bottom
of 13x9x2 inch baking dish. Alternate layers of noodles, cheese mixture,
cut or sliced up sausage, and sauce, ending with noodles covered in sauce. Sprinkle
with additional Parmesan cheese. Refridgerate until ready to bake. Bake at
350 degrees for 40 minutes.
