Recipe - Sausage Egg Casserole

6 Eggs; beaten
One half teaspoon Mustard
1 cup Cheddar cheese; grated
1 pound Pork sausage; browned &
drained
2 cup Milk
One fourth teaspoon Salt
3 sl Bread; torn into sm. pieces

The night before, combine eggs, cheese, salt, mustard and milk; set aside.
Butter a baking dish and arrange bread pieces on bottom, spread sausage
over this, then pour egg mixture on top; sprinkle with cheese. Cover
tightly with plastic and refrigerate overnight. Next morning preheat oven
to 350 degrees and bake for 45 minutes.
