Ingredients:
Sausage Covered Hard-Boiled Eggs recipe makes 12 Servings
8 Hardboiled eggs
1 pound Sausage
1 Beaten egg
Bread crumbs
Parsley flakes
Paprika
Cover hardboiled eggs tightly with sausage. Wet with beaten egg. Cover
with a mixture of bread crumbs, parsley flakes and paprika. Bake at 375
degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.
