Recipe - Sausage Cheese And Egg Casserole

12 cup Herb seasoned croutons
1 One half pound Mild bulk sausage
4 Eggs
2 One half cup Milk
One half teaspoon Salt
1 cn Cream of mushroom soup
2 cup Grated sharp cheddar cheese
Three fourths teaspoon Dry mustard
1 Dash of pepper
One half cup Milk
Place croutons on bottom of greased casserole, top with 1 One half cups of
cheese. Brown and drain sausage, put on top of cheese. Beat eggs with milk
and seasonings, pour over top. Refrigerate overnight. Next Day: Dilute soup
with One half cup milk. Pour over and spread remaining One half cup of cheese on
