Recipe - Sausage Casserole

1 pound Sausage
1 One fourth cup Cheddar cheese; grated
6 Eggs
One fourth teaspoon Dry mustard
1 cup Breadcrumbs
2 cup Milk
Salt and pepper to taste
Saute sausage until it crumbles. Drain and set aside. In a bowl, combine
eggs, milk, mustard, salt and pepper; beat for 2 minutes. In a separate
bowl, mix the sausage, breadcrumbs and cheese. Place half of the sausage
mixture in a casserole dish. Pour half the egg mixture over the sausage.
Add remaining sausage. Add remaining eggs; refrigerate overnight. Bake at
350 degrees for 45 minutes. Serves 6.
