Recipe - Sauerkraut Suprise

Ingredients:

One fourth pound Bacon; cubed
1 pound Hamburger
1 cn [Large] Sauer kraut
One fourth teaspoon Nutmeg
Mashed potatoes
Butter
Paprika

Brown hamburger and bacon; drain off grease. Add sauerkraut and nutmeg.
Simmer for 30 minutes. Pour into a flat casserole, and cover with mashed
potatoes. Dot with butter, and sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350` for
about One half hour.
