Recipe - Sauerkraut Salad

1 cn (28 oz) sauerkraut; rinse &
drain
1 cup Green bell pepper; minced
1 cup Pimento; minced
2 cup Celery; minced
1 md Onion; minced
1 cup Sugar
One half cup Vegetable oil
One fourth cup Water
One half cup Cider vinegar
1 teaspoon Salt
1. Place sauerkraut & ingredients in a large bowl, mix well.
2. Mix the dressing in a small bowl l & pour over the sauerkraut, Mix
well....
let chill & marinate 24 hours.
