Recipe - Sauerkraut Chicken Casserole

4 Chicken breasts deboned and
skinned
1 cn (14 One half oz) sauerkraut,
drained
4 sl Swiss cheese
12 ounce Fatfree Thousand Island
Dressing
Place chicken in bottom of 1 One half qt. casserole dish. Spread sauerkraut on
top of chicken. Put Swiss cheese over sauerkraut. Pour Thousand Island on
top. Cover and bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Or
convert to microwave oven time according to instructions for mw.
Preparation and Cooking Time: 1 hour and 20 minutes
