Recipe - Saucy Pepper Steak And Wild Rice

1 (up to)
2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
Three fourths pound Beef top sirloin steak; cut
in thin strips
One half teaspoon Garlic salt
1/8 teaspoon Cayenne
1 Three fourths cup Water
1 pack (5oz) Uncle Ben's long
grain & wild rice beef
stock sauce with vegetables
One half md Green pepper; cut into
thin strips
1 small Tomato; coarsely chopped
Heat oil in 10inch skillet over high heat. Add beef; sprinkle with garlic
salt and cayenne. Cook, stirring, until lightly browned. Remove from
skillet. Set aside. Pour any excess fat from skillet. Add water and
contents of seasoning packets to skillet; stir. Bring to a boil. Reduce
heat, cover and simmer 5 minutes. Stir in reserved beef and green pepper.
Sprinkle tomato over top. Cover and let stand 5 minutes, or until desired
consistency. Stir before serving.
