Recipe - Saucy Italian Zucchini

3 md Zucchini; thinly cut or sliced up
One half teaspoon Salt
1/8 teaspoon Pepper
1/8 teaspoon Italian seasoning; oregano,
or basil
1 tablespoon Butter or margarine
8 ounce Can tomato sauce
1 cup Shredded mozzarella cheese
or
One fourth cup Grated parmesan cheese
Heat oven to 375 degrees F. In 1 One half quart casserole, combine all
ingredients except cheese. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake uncovered at 375 for
30 to 40 minutes or until tender.
