Recipe - Saucy Ham And Potato Bake

2 tablespoon Onion; chopped
One fourth cup Margarine
One fourth cup Flour
1 teaspoon Salt
One half teaspoon Dry mustard
Dash pepper
1 One half cup Milk
2 cup Cheddar cheese; shredded
One half pound Ham; cut into 1/8" slices
6 cup Potato slices; cooked
Saute onion in margarine. Blend in flour and seasonings. Gradually add
milk; cool, stirring constantly until thickened. Add 1One half cups cheese;
stir until melted. Toss potatoes in cheese sauce. Pour into 2quart
casserole, reserving 1 cup potato slices. Arrange ham and remaining potato
slices on top of casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Top with
