Recipe - Saucy Flank Steak Sandwich

1 1 One half pound lean flank steak
1 cup Reduced calorie ketchup
One fourth cup Red wine vinegar
2 tablespoon Light colored corn syrup
1 tablespoon Prepared mustard
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon Hot sauce
Cooking spray
8 1 One half ounce hamburger buns
Ripe olives, optional
Trim fat from steak. Combine steak and next 6 ingredients (steak through
hot sauce) in large ziptop plastic bag. Seal bag; marinate in refrigerator
8 hours, turning bag occasionally. Remove steak from bag, reserving
marinade.
Prepare grill or broiler. Place steak on grill rack or broiler pan coated
with cooking spray; grill or broil 8 minutes on each side or until desired
degree of doneness. Slice steak diagonally across grain into thin strips.
Set aside; keep warm.
Pour reserved marinade through a sieve into a small microwavesafe bowl;
cover with plastic wrap. Microwave at HIGH 5 minutes or unitl marinade
boils. Divide steak evenly among bottom halves of buns; top each with 2
tbsp marinade and top half of bun. Garnish with olives if desired.
