Three fourths cup Plus (see Below)
1 tablespoon Wheat flour
1 teaspoon Salt
2 One half tablespoon Plain yogurt
2 One half tablespoon Honey
1/3 teaspoon Vanilla extract
2 One half tablespoon Unchopped walnuts
2 One half tablespoon Beaten egg
1/3 cup Unsweetened applesauce
1/3 cup Unpeeled granny smith apples
1 One fourth teaspoon Yeast (active dry)

*** core and dice unpeeled apple.
