Recipe - Saucy Apple Bread (Eb)

One half cup Apple cider
1 1/3 cup Bread flour
Three fourths cup Plus 1 T wheat flour
1 teaspoon Salt
2 One half tablespoon Plain yogurt
2 One half tablespoon Honey
1/3 teaspoon Vanilla
2 One half tablespoon Walnuts; unchopped
2 One half tablespoon Egg; beaten
1/3 cup Applesauce; unsweetened
1/3 cup Granny Smith apple, cored;
unpeeled and minced
1 One fourth teaspoon Yeast

For a sweeter bread try using Rome or McIntosh apple. Bake on regular
cycle.
