5 tablespoon Butter
2 tablespoon Chopped parsley
1 tablespoon Lemon juice
White pepper
SAUCE 2
Tartar
2 Egg yolks; ( from hard
boiled eggs)
2 tablespoon Mayo
1 tablespoon Pickled cucumbers; chopped
1 tablespoon Capers; chopped
1 tablespoon Parsley; chopped
1 teaspoon Mustard
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
Pepper
1 tablespoon Lemon juice
Crush egg yolks.
Add the rest of the ingredients.
Melt butter,add parsley and lemon juice off the heat.
