STUFFING SEASONING MIX
1 teaspoon Ground sage or poultry
seasoning
1 teaspoon Chichen bouillon granules
1 tablespoon Dried chopped celery
2 teaspoon Dried minced onions
2 teaspoon Dried parsley
leavescrushed
1/8 teaspoon Pepper
Makes 1 pack
SAUCEPAN STUFFING
1 One fourth C water
3 tablespoon Butter or margarine
1 pack Stuffing seasoning mix (see
above)
4 cup Partially dried bread cubes
in a medium pan, combine water, butter or margarine and stuffing seasoning
mix. bring to a boil. reduce heat to medium; simmer about 5 minutes. stir
in bread cubes. cook 1 to 2 minutes until liquid is abosrbed, stirring
continues, cover;remove from heat let stand 5 mins. before serving.
VARIATIONS: add more or less water, accord to how you like it. I've used
some turkey juice in place of waterif oily turkey juice, omit butter. also
can add celery, etc. and adjust seasoning to your taste...
