Recipe - Sauce For Fruit Salad

1 pack (3oz) cream cheese;
softened
2 tablespoon Mayonnaise
5 ounce Pineapple; apricot or peach
preserves
1 tablespoon Fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon Sherry
One fourth teaspoon Curry powder
One half cup Whipping cream; whipped
Fresh fruit
Blend cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth by mixing with a spoon. Stir
in preserves, lemon juice, sherry and curry. Chill until just before
serving. (Up to 1 hour before serving can add whipping cream.) Stir in
whipped cream and keep refrigerated until served. Serve with fresh fruit
salad. Yield: 1One half cups.
