Recipe - Sauce Tartare

1 cup Mayonnaise; (Firm)
1 tablespoon Green Olives; Chopped
1 teaspoon French Mustard
1 Hard Cooked Egg
1 tablespoon Parsley; Chopped Fine
1 tablespoon Capers; Chopped
1 tablespoon Shallots; Minced
Lemon Juice
1 tablespoon Sweet Pickle Chopped
All ingredients must be well drained. Chop the hard cooked egg very fine.
Combine the ingredients and blend thoroughly. Season to taste. Thin as
needed with lemon juice.
Yields 1 Cup
