Recipe - Sauce Melba (Winter Version)

One fourth cup Raspberry jam
2 tablespoon Sugar
One half cup Water
1 tablespoon Lemon juice
Combine ingredients in a saucepan. Stir and boil for 2 min. Cool and add 1
tbs. lemon juice. This is the winter version of the Sauce Melba recipe
given with the Flan Melba.
