1 tablespoon Butter
1 Shallot chopped fine
1 cup Fresh mushrooms cut or sliced up
One half cup Dry red wine
1 cup Brown sauce hot (see
Recipe)
Place butter, shallots, and mushrooms in a saucepan. Cook slowly until all
liquid from mushrooms disappears. Add wine and continue to simmer until
wine is reduced by half. Stir in hot brown sauce and simmer for 30 to 40
minutes.
