Recipe - Sauce Bechamel

1 tablespoon Butter (generous)
Salt
1 cup Table cream
One half tablespoon Flour
Pepper
2 tablespoon Swiss cheese, grated

Combine all ingredients. Heat, stirring, until cheese is melted.
