Recipe - Sassy Slaw

One fourth cup Light or regular mayonnaise
2 tablespoon Seasoned rice vinegar
1 tablespoon Creole mustard or
countrystyle mustard
1 teaspoon Jalapeno sauce; such as
green Tabasco
One half teaspoon Sugar
Three fourths pound Coleslaw mix; cabbage or
broccoli mix
One half cup Minced cilantro
Preparation time: 5 minutes Yield: 6 servings
1. Combine mayonnaise, vinegar, mustard, jalapeno sauce and sugar in large
serving bowl; mix well. Add coleslaw mix and cilantro; mix to combine.
