Recipe - Sassy Bean And Bulgur

1 One half tablespoon Sunflower oil
3 ounce Kidney beans; cooked
3 ounce Bulgur; cooked
3 ounce Brown rice; cooked
3 ounce Mushrooms; cut or sliced up
3 ounce Carrots; cut or sliced up
1 ounce Scallions; chopped
1 ounce Tomato sauce
One half teaspoon Oregano
One half teaspoon Salt
3 ounce Spinach leaves
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly grease 4 x 8 baking pan with
sunflower oil. Combine all ingredients together except spinach leaves. Mix
well. Transfer to a baking pan and place in oven for 20 minutes. Serve on
bed of spinach leaves.
