Recipe - Sardine Saladettes

1 cn Large sardines
6 md Size lettuce leaves
LEMONEGG DRESSING
Reserved oil from sardines
One half Lemon, juice only
One half Shredded pimento
1 teaspoon Pimiento, shredded
1 teaspoon Parsley, minced
One fourth teaspoon Salt
1/8 teaspoon Pepper
1 Hard boiled egg, chopped
fine.
Remove sardines from can and chill. Reserve oil. Place one sardine on each
lettuce leaf. Spoon on the Lemon Egg Dressing.
To make the Dressing: To reserved sardine oil add the above dressing
ingredients and mix well.
