Recipe - Sante Fe Grilled Beef Steak

1 pound Flank steak
1 teaspoon Ground cumin
1 cn (14.5 oz) Diced tomatoes
w/Garlic and onion
1 cn (15.25 oz) Golden Sweet
whole kernal corn, drained
One half cup Thick and chunky salsa
One half cup Diced green bell pepper
One half cup Sliced green onions
Rub cumin over meat. Season with salt and pepper, if desired. Grill or
broil meat to desired doneness. (68 minutes for medium rare; 810 minutes
for medium; 1012 minutes for well done, turning once).
Combine tomatoes, corn, salsa, green pepper and onion. Thinly slice meat
and serve over vegetables. Serve with lime wedges and cilantro, if desired.
