Recipe - Santa Fe Chili Corn Bread

1 cup Yellow corn meal
1 cup All purpose flour
1 tablespoon Baking powder
2 tablespoon Sugar
1 teaspoon McCormick® Ground Cumin
One half teaspoon McCormick®Garlic Powder
One half teaspoon McCormick® Chili Powder
One half teaspoon Salt
One fourth cup Canned chopped green chilies
1 cup Milk
One fourth cup Butter; melted
1 Egg
Additional McCormick® Chili
Powder

1. Preheat oven to 425º F. Lightly grease an 8x8inch pan.
2. Combine first 8 ingredients; add chilies. Stir in milk, butter and egg.
3. Pour into pan; sprinkle with Chili Powder. Bake for 20 min.
Serves 9.
