Recipe - Santa Fe Chicken Avacado Melt

4 tablespoon Mayonnaise
2 tablespoon Freshly chopped cilantro
leaves, divided
One half tablespoon Freshly squeezed lime juice
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
2 sl Sourdough bread, lightly
toasted (thick slices)
2 Cooked skinless, boneless
chicken breast halves
1 Tomato, cut or sliced up
1 Avacado, peeled and cut or sliced up
3 ounce Sliced LORRAINE cheese
Combine mayonnaise, 1One half tablespoons cilantro, lime juice, salt and
pepper. Spread on top of bread. Place chicken breast on bread. Layer
tomatoes, avacado and Lorraine cheese. Broil sandwich until cheese melts.
Sprinkle with remaining cilantro.
