1 md Russet potatoes baked
1 tablespoon Chicken broth Swanson
One fourth teaspoon Crushed garlic Trader
Joe's
1 tablespoon Grated Parmesan cheese
Nonfat
Pepper

Bake the potato, dry method (Microwave 1 minute shy of done, let cool,
wrapped in towel). Remove potato from its skin. Lightly mash with fork as
you add remaining ingredients. Add up to 1 more tablespoon of broth, if
needed.
