Recipe - Sandi Bowmans Egg Noodles

2 cup Flour (heaping)
Three fourths teaspoon Salt
1 Milk (as needed)
3 Eggs
One fourth teaspoon Baking powder
Make a "well" with flour. Add all ingredients. Fill each One half egg shell
with milk and add milk. Stir in and gradually mix in rest of the flour.
Knead five minutes or so. Roll THIN. Slice and dry a few minutes.
