2 Garlic cloves, crushed
1 Onion, large, crushed
1 teaspoon Coriander powder
One half teaspoon Cumin powder
One half teaspoon Laos powder (greater
galangal)
Salt to taste
10 Chiles, red, large, hot,
crushed
6 teaspoon Terasi
1 tablespoon Lemon juice
1 teaspoon Palm sugar (or brown sugar)
Peanut oil, as required
Fry together in a little hot oil: garlic, onion, coriander, cumin, laos,
brown sugar.
When onions are soft, add remaining ingredients and simmer until everything
is cooked and mixture has become oily, stirring frequently. Posted to
