Recipe - Salts Used In Pickling

2 teaspoon Garlic powder
1 teaspoon Basil
1 teaspoon Anise seed
1 teaspoon Oregano
1 teaspoon Powdered lemon rind

Put ingredients into a blender, food processor or clean coffee grinder.
Blend well. Store in a dark glass container in a dark, cool place. To
prevent caking, add a few grains of rice.
