Recipe - Salt And Pepper Noodle Kugel

1 pack Egg or no yolk noodles
1 tablespoon Oil (you may use more if you
want a richer taste)
3 Eggs or 1 egg plus 3 egg
whites*
Salt and pepper to taste

Boil noodles as per package directions. (We like them boiled for 10
minutes.) Drain, but do not rinse. Return to pot. Add oil, salt, pepper,
and stir. In a separate bowl, mix together the eggs. Add to noodle mixture.
Mix well. Bake in greased baking pan (or spray with nonstick spray) at
medium heat, until golden brown.
*All egg whites (use about 4) is also acceptable, but beat until frothy
before mixing into noodle mixture
Variation, for a slightly sweeter, but not sweet taste:
Boil noodles as before, add oil. Sprinkle Domino's light brown granulated
sugar over noodles; wait a few seconds until somewhat dissolved. Mix.
