Recipe - Salsa Pear Mexicano

16 ounce Bartlett pears; drained and
chopped
1 cup Tomato; chopped
4 ounce Chiles; green canned,
chopped
One fourth cup Scallion; chopped
One fourth cup Green bell pepper; chopped
1 tablespoon Olive oil
1 tablespoon Lime juice
1 tablespoon Fresh cilantro; chopped
1 One half teaspoon Garlic salt
1 teaspoon Oregano; crushed
1 small Hot pepper sauce
Combine all ingredients; mix well. Refrigerate at least one hour.
