Recipe - Salsa Sandwich

1 cn Tuna
1 Mango or papaya, peeled and
minced
1 Orange, peeled and minced
1 Pear, peeled and minced
2 Sprigs fresh cilantro,
chopped
One fourth md Red onion, finely chopped
Juice of One half lime
1 pn Of cumin
One half Red pepper, minced
One half Jalapeno pepper, finely
minced
1 pn Of crushed black pepper
Place all ingredients except tuna into small bowl. Mix well and let sit for
half an hour to allow flavours to blend. Spread on your favorite bread and
top with tuna chunks.
